Guarantee & Refunds Policy

Our guarantee policy is 30 days from purchase. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us to arrange the return of your goods. 

You will need to send your goods back to us. We strongly recommend sending goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Any mistakes in sending return post which is subsequently lost cannot be refunded or claimed for. If you choose to send returns using your own delivery service & label, you accept responsibility for any address errors and resulting delays or missing items.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return within the 30 day period, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened products due to their nature as food supplements. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued after the inward goods are inspected and processed by our bank within 5 working days. Shipping costs are not refundable and shipping costs will be deducted for any returns. There is a £0.50 charge applicable for all return refunds.

Sale items or those offered as short-dated cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are only be offered on faulty, defective or damaged goods.

Do not send returns without first contacting us for approval and confirmation.
